Hi, I’m Helen — a certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and mum with a deep passion for helping women build strength, confidence, and lasting wellness from the inside out. I’ve spent over 10 years in the health and fitness industry, creating personalised and sustainable programs that meet women exactly where they are — whether you're just starting your wellness journey, returning to fitness after a break, or chasing new goals.

I started my business to support women through pregnancy and postpartum, because I know firsthand how powerful training during these stages can be. I trained through both of my pregnancies and really felt the benefits. But after having my first child, I experienced intense anxiety and found even the simplest things hard. I started seeing a PT again — just 30 minutes a week — and that small step made a massive difference to my mental and physical wellbeing.

I know that every woman’s body, lifestyle, and challenges are unique. That’s why I combine science-backed training, holistic nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching to support not just physical change, but total well-being.
