Small Group Training gives you the structure and support to build lasting strength, move well, and train with confidence.

 How the Program Works

We train in 12-week blocks, each broken into three 4-week mesocycles. This structured, periodised approach gives your body time to adapt and progress — helping you build strength, size, and confidence, without burning out.

Each block ends with a 5RM, 3RM or 1RM strength test, depending on the lift and your training experience, so you can see real, measurable progress.

Session structure

Every session is built around two key lifts (like squats and bench press) and supported by full-body accessory work and core-focused movements — all tailored to give you a well-rounded, effective workout.

Typical session structure includes:

  • Warm up and mobility training  

  • Major lifts (e.g. Squat + Bench)

  • Accessory work (e.g. RDLs, lat pulldowns, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns)

We mix compound and isolation, bilateral and unilateral movements, and smart mobility work to help you move well and stay injury-free.

Results

Throughout the training block, we cycle through different rep and set ranges to target:

  • Strength

  • Muscle growth (hypertrophy)

  • Muscular endurance

  • Injury prevention and movement quality

This ensures you’re always working toward balanced, long-term fitness — not just chasing the next sweat.
