12 Week Mobility Program

In-Person + Online

Why This Matters (Especially If You Sit All Day)

Neck, shoulder, and lower back pain are common issues from prolonged sitting. Your hips tighten, glutes weaken, and posture suffers. Over time, this creates tension, stiffness, and even chronic discomfort.

Mobility training helps:

  • Unlocks hips, opens shoulders, and strengthens weak areas

  • Restores joint alignment

  • Lubricates stiff joints and improves range of motion

  • Reduces your risk of injury and improves movement efficiency

  • Aids in recovery and reduces muscle soreness

  • Improves posture by rebalancing overused and underused muscles — especially for desk workers

  • Helps you feel and move better — at work, in the gym, and in everyday life

Let’s clear something up: mobility isn’t just streching

Mobility is your ability to move freely, with strength and control, through full, healthy ranges of motion. It’s what allows you to squat deeply, reach overhead, twist, turn, and move powerfully — without pain or restriction.

What you’ll get in this program

• 3x sessions per week for 12 weeks
• 2x 15-min online sessions (no equipment, can be done at home)
• 1x 20-min gym session — Saturdays at 9:30-10:00am
(A no-equipment version is available if you can’t make it in)

What to expect in each session

• Full-body mobility work, with a strong focus on shoulders, hips, and back — the areas most affected by sitting
• Dynamic, intentional exercises that; improve range of motion, release tight muscles and build functional strength

Cost - $15.50 per week. Can be added to direct debit or paid upfront.
